How do I care for my candle?
It is VERY important to follow these steps to ensure your candle burns beautifully and safely.
Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times (cut it before you light it).
Allow melted wax to reach the edge of the container before extinguishing to avoid tunneling (this could take 3-4 hours).
Burn on a heat resistant surface and never leave unattended or near windows.
When 1/2 inch of wax remains, it is time to say goodbye and replace with a new MXVII candle!
Can I order a custom candle?

How long will it take to ship my candle?
MXVII candles are made to order. The processing time for standard orders is approximately 2 weeks as soy candles need to cure for maximum scent throw. Orders will ship within 3 days after being fully cured.
What is the return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of MXVII candles, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact MXVII Candle Co within 72 hours of receiving the damaged or defective candle to initiate an exchange/replacement.
NOTE: It is very important to follow MXVII care instructions for burning your candle. Replacements will not be issued for problems created by improper burning techniques.
